Rudman Center Director John Greabe calls the U.S. Supreme Court鈥檚 decision to overturn Roe v Wade 鈥渁 radical transformation of American Law.鈥 He spoke with WMUR-TV reporter Scott Cook a day after the court鈥檚 historic decision to roll back abortion rights for women in this country.
鈥淚 have never seen this much divisiveness within the Supreme Court,鈥 said Greabe, a constitutional law expert and professor at UNH Franklin Pierce 金莲直播. He does not think this Congress will pass national legislation to protect the abortion right. And he fears the repeal could be the first of other civil liberty rollbacks, gay marriage included.
