The digital signage displays in the Jury Box Cafe and reception desk offer our community a place to promote things going on at UNH Franklin Pierce. We use an online system to submit bulletins and schedule when they will display. The specifications for bulletins are:

• Size: 10” x 11.25” or 960px by 1080px  
• All ads will be limited to 30 seconds
• Portrait oriented
• Submitted as PowerPoint, Flash (.swf), .wmv, .mov, .mpeg, .jpeg, .pdf, .bmp, .png •If using PowerPoint, make sure all animations are automatic and 1 slide •File size must be less than 20MB

• UNH Faculty and Staff looking to plan a special event (an event open to the public or the UNH community) should fill out the  before booking your event, this should be done at least 4 weeks in advance

• Download the image file above to use as a background
• Open Settings in Zoom, then "Virtual Background"
• Uncheck "I have a green screen" at the bottom of the page if you do not have one (it may install a quick add in).
• Press the little "+" next to "Choose a Virtual Background"
• Select the image file you downloaded

Please keep in mind that this works best when you have a bare wall behind you and it will require a lot of light on you in order to work effectively.
